International Trade Basics Course – Export

We worked with a client to create content for an online international trade basics course that focuses on companies that want to sell their products in foreign markets. We collaborated with subject matter experts to create 18 animated video modules that cover topics from compliance and transportation to cultural and internet sales. DBE Regulations Audit

We worked as a subcontractor to help a client prepare for a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program review. These regulations come from CFR49 under the Department of Transportation. As a result of our engagement, we wrote an article entitled “5 Steps to Prepare for a DBE Audit” for American DBE magazine.

How to Create an Internship Program

Many companies just don’t take their internships seriously. If you think interns, are all about fetching coffee and making copies, you’re wrong! Savvy organizations use internships as a way to build the next generation of talent and to be good corporate citizens. We helped an international organization to create and launch an internship program by creating tools for intern coordinators, intern supervisors and the interns themselves. International Trade Course Basics Course – Import

As a follow-up to the work that we did for a client on creating an export course, we also created an import course. Here’s a module from that series and the table of contents.

Market Research

Sometimes companies don’t have the time or staff to do things like market research or competitive analysis, that are critical to business success. We partner with local colleges and universities to train students in international business topics. We train and hire students to work with us on client projects…creating a win for companies to get the help they need and a win for students to get real-world experience.
